Live Local Apartments in Port St. Lucie

Love where you live, with fair, attainable rents through Florida's Live Local program.

What is the Live Local Program?

Live Local at The Atlantic Palms at Tradition

The Live Local Act is a Florida law that promotes housing stability and affordability, pairing fair rents with what our communities need for the long term. It was created to help households and essential workers, such as teachers, nurses, police officers and service workers, afford to live in the communities where they work. At a limited number of apartment homes are set aside for income-qualified households at attainable Live Local rents. You get the same home, the same resort-style amenities and the same friendly team. Only the rent is different.

Eligibility is based on household income, not occupation. Income from retirement, disability or other benefits counts too.

Program Eligibility

Qualifying is simpler than you might think. If your household's total income is at or below the program limit for its size, and you meet our standard rental criteria, you may be eligible. Wages, retirement, disability and other benefits all count. We'll walk you through it.
